LIVE VIDEO CONSULTATION There are many people who either wish to begin hormone therapy or who are currently being treated with hormones and desire an expert opinion to help guide their treatment, but cannot
travel to Los Angeles for an appointment. I offer skype and video conference appointments to assist patients in optimizing their hormone therapy. For anyone who does not have the technological means or bandwidth to skype or video
conference, I also offer facetime or text based consultations.
WHAT TO EXPECTOnce Dr. Horowitz receives your request for a consultation, he will contact you back with an email or follow up call to schedule an appointment time and date. It may take as long as 7-10 business
days for a follow up from the doctor. After having set up an appointment and choosing the best form of communication, Dr. Horowitz will contact you on that date and begin the consultation. Duration of the call is pending on scheduling.
